    <content type="html">So... I thought I would post a little about my current activities.&lt;br /&gt;I'm a medical researcher at the University of North Carolina.&amp;nbsp; My work is related to brain damage in premature infants but I only work with mice.&lt;br /&gt;I'm pretty much a big science geek - a self-described person who never grew out of the childhood phase of asking "Why ...?"&lt;br /&gt;I really like my job - I've had a few stinkers, so I appreciate enjoying my 9 to 5 activities.&lt;br /&gt;I won't bore the internet with anything specific, but here are some pictures of mouse brains!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://pics.livejournal.com/killingbecky/pic/000azre5/"&gt;&lt;img width="233" height="240" border="0" src="http://pics.livejournal.com/killingbecky/pic/000azre5/s320x240" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://pics.livejournal.com/killingbecky/pic/000b099s/"&gt;&lt;img width="231" height="240" border="0" src="http://pics.livejournal.com/killingbecky/pic/000b099s/s320x240" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ooooohhh!&amp;nbsp; The first one is just a generic tissue stain to see the details and the second is a specific stain for a special protein.&lt;br /&gt;I deal with a lot of mouse brains.&lt;br /&gt;I also do DNA work...&lt;br /&gt;But I'll save that for later.................. to be continued...........................</content>
